October Speaker: Ed Probst, Partner at Vanguard Insurance

Ed Probst is an Employee Benefit Consultant and Partner of Vanguard Insurance Agency.   An insurance industry veteran, Ed is a founding member of Vanguard Insurance Agency established in 1998.  He currently acts as President and is responsible for the strategic direction and continued growth of the company.  While focused on all areas of the business, his specialty lies in the fields of Employee Benefits, Group Insurance, and ACA Compliance. 

Ed is very passionate about his work with charities and within the community.  He has volunteered his time as a youth baseball coach and pitching instructor for over 20 years and is well respected in the community for his efforts.  Currently he participates on the committee at Nassau Cerebral Palsy for their annual Forget Me Not Ball Gala.  He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Nassau Cerebral Palsy Endowment Fund and the Bayside Business Association.  In addition Ed is a member of TSI Cares a business advisory committee established to benefit Transitional Services for New York Inc., a non-profit organization to assist many afflicted with mental illness.
